Rodolfo Marron III is an artist based in Kansas City, MO whose intimate illustrations and installations from found objects explore the complexities of his Latino identity, indigenous dyes and medicinal materials, and spectrums of family, spirituality, and space. Marron’s recent exhibitions include Bemis Center for Contemporary Art, Blue Star Contemporary, Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art, Kemper Museum at the Crossroads, Garcia Squared Contemporary, among many others and he was the winner of the 2016 Charlotte Street Foundation Fellowship. He was additionally a 2017 resident at Fire Island and Art Omi.
