Paint Louis is an annual graffiti art festival held on the flood wall along the Mississippi River in St. Louis during Labor Day weekend. The event celebrates the four elements of hip-hop: graffiti, breakdancing, rapping, and DJing.
Counterpublic will be tabling with information about upcoming events and exhibitions!
