Join StL Art Place and Dutchtown South Community Corporation at CF: STL Lab for a dynamic workshop that focuses on community-centered solutions for equitable development, housing stability, and neighborhood vitality, using strategies into the intersection of art and housing justice.

This workshop will introduce participants to the principles of community land trusts as an innovative approach to address issues of housing affordability, displacement, and community disinvestment,  and explore how they can be used to create equitable and sustainable housing futures.

Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, we will explore the ways that art and cultural production can contribute to the development of affordable housing and stable vibrant neighborhoods. Come learn about the power of community-driven land use and how to create meaningful change through art and collective action.

This program is part of Black Quantum Futurism Community Futures: Space-Time Liberation Lab (CF:STL LAB), a three-month long Afrofuturist housing and land justice lab at The Luminary.
