Counterpublic, in collaboration with the Cherokee Street CID and STLMade, commissioned St. Louis-based artists to create a series of permanent street banners along the full route of the exhibition.

This project connected ​Counterpublic​ with civic infrastructures, opening to future interventions and offering a lasting trace of ​Counterpublic’​s expansive intervention into the everyday context of the community.
